Scheduling:
A 50% deposit is required to schedule a session unless you are
setup for Purchase Orders (P.O.) by your record label or other
organization approved by Diamond Recording and Productions, Inc.
The deposit will be applied to your session or refunded if you
cancel within 24 hours of the session time.
Payment:
A deposit of 50% is required to hold your recording date and Full
Payment is required prior to the beginning of your session. Payment
may be made by cash, company check, certified funds, and all major
credit cards. Clients meeting certain requirements will be able
to issue a P.O. and have their sessions invoiced.
Masters:
Your account must be paid in full prior to receiving your masters.
Tours:
Tours are scheduled by appointment only.
Set
Up:
When possible you may move-in and start setting up prior to your
scheduled start time. Please be mindful that billing begins as
soon as the engineer starts working with you in any capacity.
Starting
Time:
All sessions expected to begin on time, however we will allow
for a 15 minute grace period before your session is cancelled
and your deposit is forfeited. Please understand that we will
bill clients from the beginning of their scheduled time regardless
of what time that they arrive. If any additional time is needed
you will be charge you in 15 minute increments.
Ending
Time:
Since we understand that sessions sometimes run over, we try to
schedule sessions with a 30 minute grace period in-between. If
you should require more time we will ask the next scheduled client
if they don t mind waiting. If this is NOT acceptable to them,
we ask that you be considerate stop your project immediately,
and schedule another session.
Restricted
Recordings:
As a professional recording studio we must uphold all copyright
laws. As such, we will cancel your session if we believe that
the client is infringing upon the copyrighted material of another
artist.
Equipment:
Damage to Equipment:
Please understand that damages to equipment by client or anyone
in client s party will be assessed to the clients invoice.
Equipment
Rental:
If there some equipment that you require that we do not have available
you may bring it yourself or request that we rent it for you up
to 48hrs prior to your session. Please understand that the cost
of renting said equipment will be added to your invoice and that
you are solely responsible for it while it is being used.
Amenities:
Food Beverage:
Food and beverage may be brought in, but must be stored in the
lounge & recreational area provided by the studio. If there
is a food or beverage item that you would like us to have on hand,
please call ahead within 24 hours of your session. The cost of
any additional food or beverage item will be billed to your invoice.
Lounge
Area:
We offer our clients a full lounge, kitchen and recreational area
for their convenience at no additional charge. Please be advised
that consumption of all food and beverage must be confined to
the lounge area. We ask you to clean up after yourself and be
mindful that you are responsible for any damages that may occur.
Smoking:
Smoking must be confined to the outside breezeway area. Please
use the trash receptacle to dispose of all cigarette butts and
packaging.
Drugs:
Drug use is strictly prohibited.
Liabilities:
Downtime:
The liability of Diamond Recording and Productions, Inc. with
respect to downtime of any and all studio sessions as a result
from equipment malfunction or availability, personnel hired musicians
or acts of nature shall be limited solely to the studio time of
such booked secessions. Client agrees to hold Diamond Recording
and Productions, Inc harmless from any and all labiality from
such downtime
Rescheduling
of Session:
Diamond Recording and Productions, Corp makes no warranties either
express or implied other than those contained herein. We will
not be liable for unforeseen consequential damages of any kind.
Should Diamond Recording and Productions, Inc. be unable to conduct
a scheduled session for any reason, then we warrant that such
canceled session shall be re-scheduled at a time that is mutually
available and agreed to by both Diamond Recording and Productions,
Inc. and the client.
